The Black & Brown Oval™ introduces A.B.C.I. Oval™, an emerging initiative developed under the Floyd & Ivy™ (F&I) umbrella, encompassing Floyd & Ivy™ Holdings and Partners and its affiliated family governance framework.

Through its Pink Oval™ and Blue Oval™ divisions, the initiative seeks to advance cultural representation, civic leadership, education, entertainment, economic development, and community service.

A.B.C.I. Oval™ recognizes the importance of artists, entertainers, athletes, and content creators whose passion extends beyond streaming numbers, social media engagement, financial success, and popularity. The focus is on meaningful service, responsible influence, professional excellence, and long-term opportunities for Black and Brown communities.

U.S. A.B.C.I. OVAL™ | SENATE DEVELOPMENT

Under the Floyd & Ivy™ umbrella, the proposed Senate framework will focus on six primary areas of organizational development:

1. Constitutional Development & Civic Governance
2. Black Economic Reform & Business Administration
3. Music, Entertainment & Future Mogul Development
4. Media, Communications & Responsible Influence
5. Social Justice & Community Reform
6. HBCU Development & Collegiate Leadership

Additional information regarding each category, organizational responsibilities, institutional partnerships, and development initiatives will be announced gradually as the framework progresses.

A.B.C.I. OVAL™ | JUDICIAL AFFAIRS ROLLOUT

The Pink Oval™ and Blue Oval™ Judicial Affairs selections will be announced gradually as organizational development progresses and individual acceptances are finalized. My recommendation is to have both the U.S A.B.C.I Senate and Judicial Affairs to work with Vincent Evans & Nicole Bowden with the Black Caucus and Bowden Research for proper liasion administration of updates to the Supreme Court and other governing agencies for mutual meetings that are similar to the United Nations. We each give updates and we go home. A healthy segregation in politics and proper division is highly necessary when it comes to the influence of black artists, the way we have been robbed from how corporate governance handles our money in music deals and more that should drive back to the black culture and HBCUs for students coming up. Not everyone will be a rapper but we can use more multi hyphenated moguls with a structured system under Floyd & Ivy U.S A.B.C.I in lieu of the Supreme Court and U.S senate with the Black Caucus representatives Vince Evans, Nicole Bowden and tentatively Tonnette Graham as the anchor for ensuring alignment of the upcoming U.S A.B.C.I constitution, college officer program and security and police academy for the betterment of the black community and brown communities, HBCUs, & arts for proper black excellence reform.

LOOKING AHEAD | THE FLOYD & IVY™ UMBRELLA

The Black & Brown Oval™, Pink Oval™, Blue Oval™, and A.B.C.I. Oval™ are developing initiatives within the broader Floyd & Ivy™ Holdings and Partners framework.

Through centralized business administration, treasury management, professional education, responsible governance, and phased leadership development, Floyd & Ivy™ seeks to strengthen opportunities for Black and Brown artists, students, entrepreneurs, and future executives.

The long-term vision is to encourage a generation of leaders who understand that influence is not measured solely by numbers, but by the opportunities created, communities strengthened, and legacies established.

Additional organizational selections, professional officer development, institutional outreach, and program details will be introduced as the framework progresses.
