A Proposed Fenty Corp Partnership Featuring Joseline Hernandez, Bless Em Bless, the Floyd, Burks & Streeter Families, Atlanta’s HBCUs, and a Netflix Documentary Vision

By AyeDNicole | October 9, 2026
A New Vision for Afro-Latina Excellence
Music has always been more than entertainment. It is a language of history, cultural identity, education, entrepreneurship, and generational opportunity.
As AyeDNicole continues developing the long-term vision for 4HIO × Paper Route Empire (P.R.E.), a new cultural initiative emerges: Black Latin 4HIO, an Afro-Latina music, education, and community-development platform envisioned for consideration within a future Fenty Corp licensing and management partnership.
The initiative would bring together Afro-Colombian, Afro-Puerto Rican, Geechee, and African American cultural influences while exploring opportunities in music engineering, bilingual education, artificial intelligence, HBCU partnerships, hospitality, cultural preservation, and community service.
At the forefront of the proposal are two individuals whom Adrienne Floyd believes deserve executive leadership consideration: Joseline Hernandez, known as the Puerto Rican Princess, and music engineer Bless Em Bless.
The vision would also recognize the Floyd, Burks, and Streeter families, alongside individuals whose personal and professional relationships have shaped Adrienne’s understanding of culture, service, and leadership.
The goal is to develop something that extends beyond entertainment: a cultural and educational resource for families, artists, students, and future generations.
1. Bless Em Bless × Joseline Hernandez × P.R.E.: A Professional Foundation That Predates AyeDNicole
One of the most significant elements of the Black Latin 4HIO proposal is the professional experience that Bless Em Bless brings to the initiative.
According to Adrienne Floyd, Bless Em Bless worked with Paper Route Empire (P.R.E.) before discovering AyeDNicole and her music.
He has also worked with numerous recording artists throughout his engineering career, including Joseline Hernandez, whose professional connection with Bless is particularly important to Adrienne’s vision.
This distinction matters.
Bless’s professional history with P.R.E. did not originate through Adrienne Floyd. His experience, relationships, and technical development preceded their connection.
His collaborations with Joseline Hernandez provide another foundation for considering the two together as executive leaders of a proposed Afro-Latina music and cultural development initiative.
Bless Em Bless — Proposed Executive Music Engineering & Educational Leader
Bless would be recommended for consideration based on his engineering experience, established artist collaborations, technical knowledge, and Afro-Colombian cultural perspective.
Adrienne credits Bless with personally educating her about Afro-Colombian culture and describes him as knowledgeable, passionate, talented, and deeply committed to his craft.
She believes his professional experience demonstrates why a traditional college degree should not be the sole measurement of an individual’s ability to contribute to music education.
Engineering requires technical competence, creativity, discipline, practical experience, and continual learning.
Bless could help introduce aspiring musicians to recording technology, mixing, production, and professional studio practices while contributing to cultural education.
Joseline Hernandez — Proposed Executive Cultural & Entertainment Leader
Joseline’s Puerto Rican heritage, entertainment experience, artistic expression, and public visibility could contribute to developing programs celebrating Afro-Latina identity, music, and entrepreneurship.
Her proposed responsibilities would focus on cultural programming, artist development, entertainment partnerships, mentorship, and community engagement.
Together, Bless and Joseline could explore leadership of an Atlanta-based platform connecting Afro-Colombian, Afro-Puerto Rican, and African American musical communities.
AyeTL × Bless Em Bless × Gabo: Expanding the Music Engineering & Creative Development Team
An additional component of the proposed Black Latin 4HIO initiative would involve inviting AyeTL to collaborate with Bless Em Bless and Gabo in developing the platform’s music production, artist development, and cultural programming.
Under Bless Em Bless’s proposed executive engineering leadership, AyeTL and Gabo would be considered for supporting creative roles designed to strengthen the connection between Afro-Colombian, Afro-Puerto Rican, and African American music communities.
Their potential collaboration could support:
- Music production and engineering: Assisting with recording sessions, sound development, and collaborative studio projects.
- Artist development: Supporting emerging artists through creative mentorship, production guidance, and professional networking.
- Afro-Latina music initiatives: Exploring musical collaborations that celebrate Colombian, Puerto Rican, Caribbean, and African American cultural influences.
- HBCU music education: Participating in proposed workshops, recording demonstrations, and mentorship opportunities involving Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College.
- Documentary development: Contributing to the music and behind-the-scenes storytelling for the proposed Netflix documentary, Black Latin 4HIO: Beyond the Music.
Proposed Creative Leadership Structure
Joseline Hernandez: Executive Cultural & Entertainment Leadership
Bless Em Bless: Executive Music Engineering & Educational Leadership
AyeTL × Gabo: Supporting Music Production, Creative Development & Artist Collaboration
The proposed structure would recognize Bless Em Bless’s existing professional experience with Joseline Hernandez, Paper Route Empire, and other recording artists while providing opportunities for additional creative contributors.
AyeTL and Gabo’s specific responsibilities would be determined through future discussions and mutual agreements.
AyeDNicole’s Vision
“I would also love to see AyeTL involved alongside Bless Em Bless and Gabo. I think it’s important to recognize people who can contribute to the music creatively and technically while helping develop opportunities for the next generation.
The goal is to bring different talents together, respect everyone’s individual contributions, and build something meaningful through Black Latin 4HIO.”
— AyeDNicole
Editorial clarification: These are proposed collaborations, not confirmed appointments, partnerships, or endorsements.
AyeDNicole’s Perspective
“Bless Em Bless was already working with P.R.E. before he discovered AyeDNicole. He also worked with Joseline Hernandez and numerous other artists.
That’s important because Bless had his own professional experience and industry relationships before I came into the picture.
I respect his knowledge, his engineering, and what he has taught me about Afro-Colombian culture.
I would love to see him and Joseline considered for executive leadership together because this is about what they can build, preserve, and teach.”
— AyeDNicole
2. From Geechee to the Puerto Rican Princess: Adrienne’s Full-Circle reality and relatability
For Adrienne Floyd, the vision of collaborating with Joseline Hernandez has a personal connection that began long before Black Latin 4HIO was conceived.
During Adrienne’s time working at Wendy’s, a coworker named Tye affectionately nicknamed her “Joseline.”
Adrienne remembers the comparison as positive and lighthearted.
Both women were recognized for speaking quickly, expressing themselves energetically, and having distinctive conversational styles.
Adrienne’s Geechee-influenced dialect, connected to her Charleston, South Carolina roots, reminded people around her of Joseline’s recognizable speech patterns.
Although Geechee and Puerto Rican Spanish represent distinct linguistic and cultural traditions, Adrienne appreciated the comparison as a celebration of individuality.
What began as a workplace nickname has now become a meaningful personal connection to the entertainment and cultural platform she hopes to develop.
For AyeDNicole, it is a reminder that cultural connections can begin in unexpected places.
3. The Floyd, Burks & Streeter Families: A Multigenerational Vision
The Black Latin 4HIO initiative would recognize the Floyd, Burks, and Streeter families within its proposed family-centered vision for cultural preservation, education, creative entrepreneurship, and community service.
Together, these family connections represent an opportunity to celebrate different experiences and generations while exploring ways to support Afro-Latina and African American cultural development.
Adrienne Floyd — Business Development & Educational Partnerships
Adrienne would support strategic planning, institutional outreach, business administration, and initiatives connecting entertainment with education and economic opportunity.
Her background in finance, business management, and HBCU leadership would inform her proposed administrative responsibilities.
Myiah Floyd — Creative Arts & Cultural Development
Myiah would be considered for opportunities involving visual arts, creative storytelling, cultural representation, and interdisciplinary programming.
Her involvement could help connect artistic expression with the broader educational and documentary components of Black Latin 4HIO.
Bonnie Bella — Youth Inspiration & Cultural Education
With appropriate parental consent and age-appropriate participation, Bonnie Bella could inspire family-centered programming designed to introduce children to music, language, and cultural heritage.
The objective would be to encourage youth education without placing adult professional obligations on children.
The Floyd, Burks & Streeter Family Legacy
The Floyd, Burks and Streeter families would be recognized as part of the initiative’s broader multigenerational vision.
Their potential participation could include cultural storytelling, family engagement, educational outreach, and community-service activities, with specific responsibilities determined through future discussions.
The goal would be to honor family connections while allowing each individual to determine their own level of participation.
Cultural preservation begins with recognizing the people, families, and communities whose experiences help shape future generations.
4. Keayla Bell: Hospitality & Community Engagement Leadership
Another individual Adrienne Floyd would like to recommend is Keayla Bell, a trusted former Wendy’s colleague.
Adrienne believes valuable professional relationships can develop in everyday workplaces, where individuals learn communication, teamwork, customer service, and practical leadership.
Keayla would be recommended for consideration as a hospitality and community-engagement committee leader.
Her proposed responsibilities would include:
- Teaching hospitality, professionalism, customer service, and guest relations.
- Coordinating cultural events, educational workshops, and community programs.
- Supporting outreach involving Atlanta’s HBCUs.
- Assisting with cultural-exchange initiatives involving Puerto Rico and Colombia.
- Collaborating with Bless Em Bless, Joseline Hernandez, Adrienne Floyd, and other committee participants.
- Exploring nonpartisan civic and service partnerships with Black caucus organizations and community institutions.
Keayla’s recommendation reflects Adrienne’s belief that leadership potential should not be limited to individuals with entertainment-industry connections or corporate executive titles.
Hospitality, communication, and the ability to serve people are valuable components of sustainable community development.
5. Atlanta: Establishing an Afro-Latina Music & Cultural Hub
Atlanta would serve as the proposed home for Black Latin 4HIO’s music and educational programming.
Under Bless Em Bless’s proposed executive engineering leadership, the platform could establish a creative hub connecting Afro-Colombian, Afro-Puerto Rican, Afro-Caribbean, and African American musical traditions.
The hub would focus on five primary areas.
Music Engineering & Artist Development
Recording, mixing, production, songwriting, mentorship, and technical training for emerging artists and engineers.
Spanish-Language & Cultural Directories
Developing bilingual directories connecting families, artists, educators, cultural organizations, and community resources.
Afro-Latina Cultural Preservation
Supporting educational programming about the African diaspora in Colombia, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and the United States.
Community Service & Workforce Development
Creating accessible workshops, career-readiness opportunities, mentorship programs, and youth-centered educational experiences.
Cultural Exchange & Civic Education
Exploring collaborations with organizations in Puerto Rico and Colombia involving language access, cultural education, and nonpartisan community engagement.
The objective would be to create an environment where entertainment, education, and community service operate together.
6. Connecting Black Latin 4HIO to Atlanta’s HBCUs
A central educational priority would be exploring institutional relationships within the Atlanta University Center.
Clark Atlanta University — Primary Institutional Focus
Clark Atlanta University would be the proposed anchor for programming involving music business, communications, entrepreneurship, technology, cultural studies, and bilingual education.
Morehouse College — Leadership & Civic Engagement
Potential collaborations could explore ethical leadership, mentorship, cultural education, and community development.
Spelman College — Women in Music, Technology & Entrepreneurship
Proposed programming would emphasize women in music production, digital innovation, creative entrepreneurship, and cultural leadership.
Florida A&M University — Potential Future Expansion
As a Double Rattler, Adrienne recognizes FAMU’s potential to support future initiatives involving student engagement, music entrepreneurship, cultural education, and community service.
However, the immediate institutional focus would remain Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College, with CAU serving as the primary proposed educational anchor.
All institutional partnerships would require formal discussions and approval.
7. Afro-Latina AI: Music, Spanish & Cultural Education for Families
One of the initiative’s proposed educational innovations is an Afro-Latina AI Learning System designed to support parents, children, and educators.
The platform would introduce families to language, music, cultural history, and educational opportunities through interactive technology.
Potential features would include:
- Spanish-language learning: Vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational exercises recognizing Colombian and Puerto Rican regional differences.
- Music education: Interactive lessons involving rhythm, instruments, songwriting, recording, and production fundamentals.
- Afro-Latina history: Educational materials exploring African heritage and its influence on Colombian and Puerto Rican culture.
- Parent directories: Bilingual access to educational services, cultural organizations, and community resources.
- HBCU pathways: Information about historically Black colleges, music-related academic programs, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Family-centered learning: Age-appropriate activities that parents and children can explore together.
Responsible development would require qualified educators, cultural specialists, bilingual reviewers, parental oversight, and strong child-privacy protections.
The goal would be to support families and teachers rather than replace human instruction.
8. The Afro-Black Caucus: Cultural Service & Civic Engagement
Black Latin 4HIO would also explore a nonpartisan Afro-Black Caucus cultural engagement initiative.
The proposed platform would encourage dialogue among African American, Afro-Colombian, Afro-Puerto Rican, and broader Afro-Latin communities.
Potential priorities would include equitable access to arts education, bilingual community resources, youth development, workforce training, cultural preservation, and public-policy literacy.
Bless Em Bless would be recommended for consideration as a music and cultural education leader within this proposed initiative.
The platform could seek dialogue with existing Black caucus organizations, Latino civic institutions, cultural organizations, and representatives in Puerto Rico and Colombia.
Any such relationships would require independent discussions and mutual agreement.
The guiding principle would be that community leadership should create meaningful educational opportunities and measurable service outcomes.
9. Netflix Documentary Vision: Black Latin 4HIO — Beyond the Music
Proposed Creative Partners: Randall Griffin × Shanique Griffin
An additional component of the Black Latin 4HIO vision would be developing an original documentary project proposed for Netflix.
Randall Griffin and Shanique Griffin would be recommended for consideration as creative and production collaborators.
Their specific responsibilities would be determined through discussions and appropriate agreements.
The documentary would explore the intersection of Afro-Colombian, Afro-Puerto Rican, Geechee, and African American cultures through music, education, language, entrepreneurship, and community service.
Rather than focusing exclusively on celebrity experiences, the production would highlight the families, communities, educational opportunities, and cultural traditions behind the music.
Proposed Documentary Chapters
Chapter One — The Puerto Rican Princess

The Griffin Creative Partnership
Randall Griffin and Shanique Griffin would be invited to explore opportunities involving documentary development, visual storytelling, production planning, and cultural representation.
Netflix would be the preferred prospective distribution platform, potentially through a future Fenty Corp entertainment partnership.
The documentary would seek to preserve meaningful stories while introducing audiences to educational and cultural opportunities beyond entertainment.
10. Why Fenty Corp?
For AyeDNicole, Fenty Corp represents the preferred prospective licensing and management partner for the broader creative portfolio.
Within that vision, Black Latin 4HIO would provide an opportunity to explore Afro-Latina music development, bilingual education, cultural entrepreneurship, and entertainment-based community service.
The proposed relationship would seek to preserve the distinct identities of 4HIO, P.R.E., and participating artists while exploring appropriate structures for future business collaborations.
Any Fenty Corp involvement would require direct discussions, independent evaluation, and formal agreements.
Adrienne’s objective is to develop a platform that values cultural authenticity, technical knowledge, responsible business development, and meaningful community impact.
11. AyeDNicole’s Closing Message: Culture, Family & Generational Opportunity
“I believe people should be recognized for what they know, what they contribute, and what they’re willing to teach.
Bless Em Bless was already working with P.R.E. before he discovered AyeDNicole. He also worked with Joseline Hernandez and numerous other artists. That’s important because his professional experience and industry relationships existed before I came into the picture.
He has educated me about Afro-Colombian culture, and I respect his engineering knowledge. His professional history with Joseline makes me interested in what they could potentially accomplish together.
I also believe in remembering the people you meet along the way. Tye calling me Joseline at Wendy’s is something I can laugh about and appreciate today. Recommending someone like Keayla Bell reminds me that leadership opportunities should not be limited to people who already have major platforms.
And when I think about the Floyd, Burks, and Streeter families, I think about how important it is to recognize family heritage, preserve culture, and create opportunities for future generations.
I want to see more cultural education, more language resources, more music engineering opportunities, and more ways for children to understand their history.
If Black Latin 4HIO can eventually help connect Puerto Rico, Colombia, Atlanta’s HBCUs, and the entertainment industry through education and service, then that is a vision worth exploring.
And if Randall Griffin and Shanique Griffin can help tell that story through a documentary, I would love for people to see that the mission goes far beyond music.
This is about preserving culture, respecting knowledge, honoring family, and opening doors for another generation.”
