Jasmine Herbert, What Do You Want From Me?

On October 13, 2026, I received a TikTok notification showing that an account associated with Jasmine Herbert’s Slaynetics Fitness saved my personal video 21 hours ago from 11:26PM of October 13, 2026 discussing how the Temple Terrace police were called on me following conflicts involving individuals from the Greek community.

“Jasmine Herbert, why are you still watching me? What exactly do you want? I find this extremely weird considering our history.”

Jasmine and I previously had a dispute involving my Slaynetik Fitness™ brand, which I believe raises trademark infringement concerns. I also maintain that she attempted to use family court and abuse-related legal proceedings in connection with our disagreement.

“From my perspective, Jasmine Herbert is severely stalking me and trying to manipulate my success for another cry for help. I have worked too hard building my brands to keep dealing with this.”

Motherhood, Trademark Rights & Apopka Grant Funding

“Jasmine Herbert is a single mother, but being a mother does not give anyone the right to abuse the law or infringe on another woman’s business. Protecting your children does not mean you get to manipulate legal proceedings.”

I intend to pursue legal remedies concerning what I believe is infringement of my Slaynetik Fitness™ brand.

I also question whether grant funding and administrative decisions involving Apopka, Florida, supported the disputed branding.

“I want the grant money, approvals, and chain of commission examined. If public money was involved in infringing on my brand, I want accountability.”

These concerns remain allegations requiring documentary evidence and legal review.

Judge Alicia Peyton: Why Was a Mandatory Hearing Required?

“Another thing I find odd is Judge Alicia Peyton. She insisted on a mandatory hearing involving Jasmine Herbert, yet she did not show up to the courthouse or participate in the hearing. I find that extremely odd.”

“It makes me wonder whether Jasmine Herbert and Judge Alicia Peyton know each other personally. I’m asking questions because I want transparency about what happened in that courtroom.”

I am not claiming that a personal relationship or judicial misconduct has been established. I am questioning the circumstances of my hearing based on my experience.

Florida Cyberstalking Law — § 784.048

Under Florida Statutes § 784.048, repeated, qualifying electronic harassment may constitute cyberstalking when the legal requirements are met.

“Considering our history, I am concerned about why Jasmine Herbert continues taking an interest in my personal content, especially a video discussing police involvement.”

A single saved TikTok video does not independently prove cyberstalking, but I intend to preserve the notification and document any further unwanted conduct.

Paper Route Empire & 4HIO Label Are Not Involved

“Let me make something abundantly clear. Paper Route Empire and 4HIO Label have absolutely nothing to do with my personal dispute involving Jasmine Herbert.”

“I am concerned that Jasmine will try to report my music, social media, or professional activities because I’m speaking up. My music is not your evidence of wrongdoing, and my success is not your opportunity to seek attention.”

Neither organization is being represented as a participant in this dispute.

My Final Message to Jasmine Herbert

“Jasmine, I am not competing with you. I am not interested in your personal life. I am building my businesses, pursuing law school, and focusing on my music and future.”

“My success is not your cry for help. My personal TikTok is not an invitation for continued conflict. Handle the brand dispute through the proper legal channels and respect my boundaries.”

“I find this behavior weird, unwelcome, and concerning. I’m documenting what I can prove, and I intend to protect my rights.”
